Wild & Free - Game Lodge

Wild & Free Game Lodge is in the unspoilt reaches of the South African bushveld on the southern foothills of the Waterberg Mountains. Only two hours north of Johannesburg, this 12000 hectare reserve is home to an abundance of animal and birdlife, including the “Big 5”, zebra, hippopotamus, giraffe, more than 20 antelope- and 300 bird species.

ACCOMMODATION: Four open-plan suites with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom open onto secluded viewing decks overlooking the majestic African bush. Each of the four suites embraces the natural environment whilst offering the ultimate in comfort and tranquillity.

DINING: Our delectable cuisine is inspired by African flavours and influenced by western culinary tradition, leaving the most discerning palate in awe. Private dinners are arranged in the most romantic setting or around the fire under starlit African skies.

BAR: Both the main lodge and suites boast fully stocked bars and mini bars with a wide selection of local and international drinks.

GAME VIEWING: Under the supervision of an experienced game ranger, all activities from game drives to bush walks will provide new and unique experiences about the wonders of nature. Guests can view big game, such as elephant, lion and rhino or enjoy more intimate encounters with other fauna and flora.
